Caroline has spent over 20 years in the advertising business and brings extensive account management experience from award winning agencies such as BBH London, Kirshenbaum & Bond NY and TBWA Chiat Day NY.

For 5 years, Caroline was a partner at Tangerine NY – a global talent agency that successfully partnered with clients to place talent in planning, account management, innovation and leadership roles.

At Tangerine, and then independently, Caroline worked with a broad range of agency clients: JWT, Saatchi, CP+B, BBH, RG/A, Naked, Anomaly, Profero and Dare.
